- Coordinate the GIS activities of the various entities in Galveston through the GIS Consortium
- Facilitate the development and execution of a new survey throughout Galveston Island.
- Facilitate the participation of Galveston's largest employers into the middle-income housing survey
- Market the results of the survey to property owners, developers, and builders for promotion of Galveston's housing opportunities.
- Formalize the strategy for expansion of housing on Galveston Island
- Continue the role as facilitator for all groups working on various aspects of the Galveston housing market.
- Focus strategies on the development of west-end housing developments that provide mixed-use residential units.
- Support the ongoing development of a second project for the Galveston Housing Finance Corporation.
